Our Journey
This shift gave rise to Homage & Hustle, a co-packing partner shaped by real experience as brand owners themselves.
Homage & Hustle started as a personal wellness idea that grew into a full beverage brand, complete with proprietary formulas and its own brewing and canning facility. That hands-on experience in manufacturing and brand building revealed a bigger opportunity: putting their infrastructure and know-how to work helping other entrepreneurs launch their own beverage brands.

An experienced operations specialist, Michael leverages over a decade of hospitality leadership and seven years of hands-on cannabis industry expertise spanning cultivation, extraction, and lab management. He specializes in scaling startups, building teams, and implementing rigorous SOPs that optimize supply chain efficiency while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

A former collegiate All-American and professional lacrosse player, he brings an athlete's discipline and competitive drive to his work in product innovation, contract manufacturing, and brand strategy.
Hal Doss
Head Brewer
Hal is a food and beverage manufacturing professional with over 15 years of experience in brewing operations, sanitation compliance, and customer account management, most recently serving as Lead Satellite Brewer and Site Manager at New Belgium Brewing. A University of Georgia graduate with formal brewing training from the Siebel Institute of Technology, Hal combines technical expertise in production and safety standards with a genuine passion for sustainability and building strong partnerships.

Tim brings over a decade of hands-on experience in beverage packaging and warehouse operations, having managed canning lines, sanitation programs, and logistics for companies like JM Smucker, Ecolab, Left Hand Brewing, and Ballast Point Brewing. His deep expertise spans equipment operations, quality assurance, and process improvement, making him a trusted resource for keeping packaging and supply chain systems running safely and efficiently.
